What is kind of unique is that VyprVPN is a service which comes with two plans on offer: VyprVPN and VyprVPN Premium. Both of them have unlimited data usage. They differ in the number of available simultaneous connections (Premium has 2 extra slots – 5 in total) and the package of features. The Premium option comes with Chameleon and dedicated cloud server.

VyprVPN is straightforward to use. The graph might look a bit geeky, but it's handy to know the details of your connection in real-time. On the main dashboard, you can see also your IP address, connection time, VPN protocol and encryption, and NAT Firewall status and time connected.

However, we have found a small user experience issue related to the Connect button, which changes color to red when you are connected. That is a little confusing since the button is huge and you might think that something went wrong. Another thing is that you have to click three times to connect to a new location (this can be bypassed by bookmarking the location).

Does VyprVPN Support YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO, Amazon Prime & BBC?
During our testing, VyprVPN worked well with YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO, Amazon Prime, Google and Facebook. We have used various US servers.
However, like most of the other VPN providers, it didn’t work with BBC iPlayer which requires a UK location.

Performance & Internet Connection Speed Test
In terms of speed impact on the Internet connection, NordVPN is rather average. As you can see in the table below, the benchmark (no VPN used) was 11 ms ping, 24.85 Mbps download, and 9.66 Mbps upload. The fastest server was in the United Kingdom. VyprVPN keeps connection logs for up to 30 days, which is already a bad sign. But there is more. VyprVPN is based in Switzerland, which is home to strong privacy laws. But the Golden Frog company which owns VyprVPN is located in the United States, which means that they are under US jurisdiction and subject to US laws. That contradicts with their privacy police because they would have to hand over users' data if the US government asks for it.
On top of that, VyprVPN is against P2P file-sharing so if you are looking to use a VPN for this reason you have to choose another VPN provider.

VyprVPN was established in 1996 and their long presence on the market is a sign of a strong brand and the quality of their VPN service.
